4. My child and I have read the School’s Computing/Cybersafety Use Agreement. We understand, and my child will abide by the conditions and rules as set out in the Agreement. We further understand that there may be consequences (including the possible loss of access and even disciplinary action) if my child should commit any breach of these conditions.
5. I agree that any take-home project created by my child is to be brought home and I agree to pay the School for the materials (e.g. Visual Arts, Food & Fabric, Metal & Wood Workshop Technology).
