Concerns and Complaints

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all of our students. However, should an issue or concern arise that you would like addressed we would like to hear from you.

What happens when you highlight a concern/complaint?

  • We will acknowledge your concern/complaint within 2 working days
  • We will investigate the issues that have led to your concern/complaint and respond within 7 working days
